Nusantara4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the nusantara4d platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

By accessing or using any part of the nusantara4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and nusantara4d as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms is deemed your acceptance of those changes.
The nusantara4d platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the required age criteria and that you are using the platform in a personal capacity.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring that all registration details provided are accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
- All activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access due to a lapse in your account security.
- Notify nusantara4d immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Nusantara4d reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure the accuracy of registered information. Users who fail to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe may have restrictions placed on their account.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the nusantara4d platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, databases, or other user accounts.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful to other users.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to match manipulation, money laundering, or payment fraud.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from nusantara4d.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and nusantara4d reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the nusantara4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support the following deposit and withdrawal methods:
- FPX — direct bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.
- Touch’n Go eWallet — a widely used local digital wallet.
- Manual Bank Transfer — for transactions that require verification from the platform.
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to limits and processing times as determined from time to time. nusantara4d reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals while identity verification or security checks are in progress.
All approved transactions are final and cannot be reversed by the user once processed. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the nusantara4d support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Nusantara4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and nusantara4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform at any time.
Account Suspension & Closure
Nusantara4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the specified period.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, nusantara4d reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance in that account pending an internal investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the nusantara4d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of nusantara4d and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party services. nusantara4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments & Governing Law
Nusantara4d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
